• Provide your email address carefully, as this is where we’ll send your access code and instructions.
• Complete the payment process securely.

3. Check Your Email
After purchase, you’ll receive two important emails:

• Order Confirmation: A receipt for your purchase.
• Game Access Email: Includes your access code, a link to the game, and step-by-step instructions on how to start playing.

If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam, promotions, or other email folders.

4. Prepare for the Game
Before you start:

• Ensure you have a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) with a stable internet connection.
• Use a modern web browser like Chrome, Safari, or Edge (Internet Explorer is not supported).
• (Optional) Have headphones or speakers ready to enhance the audio experience.
• (Optional) Get a pen and paper ready.
• If playing with others in different locations, set up a video call (Teams, Zoom, Meet etc.) so you can collaborate in real-time. One of you is game master who shares their screen with others.
• The device can also be connected to an external display (TV, white screen etc.).

5. Access the Game

• Enter your unique access code.
• Come up with a unique name for your team.
• Familiarize yourself with the instructions and storyline at the start of the game.

6. Start the Adventure
Begin solving puzzles and unraveling the mystery! Tips to enhance your experience:

• Collaborate with your team, whether in person or online.
• Keep track of clues and solutions – note-taking can be helpful.
• Take your time to enjoy the immersive experience.

7. Take Breaks If Needed
You can pause the game anytime. Your progress will be saved automatically, so you can return later using the same access code, team name and device.

8. Game Crashed or Browser Closed?
No worries! Your progress is saved, and you can re-enter the game using your access code and team name (with same device).

9. Finishing the Game
Once you solve the final puzzle and complete the game, you’ll see a victory message! Celebrate your success and share the experience with friends or on social media.
